Safety Solvent

NexGen 95 is a high performance, fast evaporating, non-flammable replacement for chlorinated and chlorofluorinated solvents.  It is an excellent electrical contact cleaner and degreaser that dires quickly and is residue free.  NexGen 95 quickly removes grease, grime, wax and oil.  Its’ high dielectric strength and non-flammability makes the degreaser safe for use on motors, relays, switches, generators and control panels.  NexGen 95 is for use on energized electrical equipment only and is not to be used for motorized vehicle maintenance, or their parts.

DIRECTIONS

Before using MULTI-COOL, remove old coolant, chips and dirt from sump and machine. Clean the machine reservoir. Drain dirty solution, add the required amount of water, then the correct amount of MULTI-COOL.

DILUTIONS FOR STEEL

For milling, grinding, drilling, turning and counter-boring, dilute 1 part MULTI-COOL with 20 - 30 parts water.

For reaming, boring, sawing, tapping, broaching, threading and hobbing, dilute 1 part MULTI-COOL with 10 - 20 parts water.

DILUTIONS FOR CAST IRON

For grinding, use 1 part MULTI-COOL with 20 parts water to prevent rusting. Dilutions up to 50 parts water may be used depending upon the type of work being done. If rusting occurs, use more MULTI-COOL. If foaming occurs, use less MULTI-COOL.

MULTI-COOL is also recommended for aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel and other metals, except magnesium.

To prolong the life of MULTI-COOL, avoid contamination with hydraulic fluid and lubricating oils.
